I can't wait to return in 2026!

I can't let 2025 end without (finally) sharing my continuing love for Sloane Square Hotel. I stayed again in October and it couldn't have been more perfect. Special mention to Joshua and his team, who always make sure everything is ok. I always feel welcome, am beautifully taken care of, and am looking forward to returning at least once in 2026. Personal & Warm!

Just an amazing gem in the heart of Chelsea. But what struck me most was the warm hearted, 5 star hospitality of the staff. One person in particular was just amazing. Cole is simply the kindest most eloquent host who makes you feel at home. He remembered my name when we unexpectedly crossed in the elevator. He ran across the square in the pouring rain to secure us a table in the Colbert and he made sure to check in on us when we needed to check out. Wonderful professional! Thanks Cole! We will be back.

We will definitely return!

We love SLOANE Square and Kings Road and this hotel is the perfect location. Joshua checked us in and went above and beyond being helpful, understanding and kind! We couldn’t decide between a room with a view of the festive square with the Ralph’s coffee pop-up or a quieter room in the back facing the church. Joshua was so patient explaining the differences. We opted for a quiet room with a view of the beautiful stained glass windows of the church. The room and bathroom were spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. The bed and linens were extremely comfortable. All of the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Lovely touch having complimentary cream tea in the lounge every afternoon with delicious scones. Also warm mince pies in the lobby along with festive Christmas decor! We loved our stay at this exceptional hotel and cannot wait to return! Thank you to all the staff and happy holidays!

A very stylish hotel in a quiet location

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel incredibly welcome. The hotel’s location was perfect for us as it is just a short walk from the underground, offering transport links to the main airports and the West End. The hotel is a lovely boutique property with beautifully decorated rooms and bathrooms, complete with luxury products. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and we had a great night’s sleep. The staff were warm and friendly throughout our stay. We had a lovely dinner and drinks one evening in Côté Restaurant which offers a varied lunch and evening menu. We also loved the Knox bar downstairs in the basement which was stylishly decorated and served excellent cocktails with a fabulous disco vibe. A wonderful find and we will definitely be returning!

Sloane Square Hotel is the perfect London base for us

Our first of many stays at Sloane Square Hotel we hope. The reception staff are excellent; everyone is a winner! They must be hand-picked by someone with very high standards. We requested a light, bright room on an upper floor which, thankfully, we were allocated. A lovely breakfast room with views overlooking Sloane Square. Unfortunately, we did not have time to use ‘Knox’ after our Côte meal, but we will look forward to doing so next time. Thank you to all concerned for making our stay one that we will happily repeat.

The customer is at the heart at everything the staff does

"Lovely hotel and staff. The room was cheery and quaint, the bed and pillow were super comfortable and we felt very rested each night. It was also very quiet which we appreciated! We enjoyed the morning continental breakfast that overlooked the square, it was simple but had a lot of variety to choose from (cereal, yogurt, breads, fruit, quiche, hard-boiled eggs, salmon and charcuterie, and coffee, tea and juice of your choosing). The location at Sloane Square can’t be beat due to the tube proximity, shops and restaurants on Pavilion Road and in Belgravia. Cannot wait to return!"

Best location for Chelsea Flower Show 

This is our second year to go to the Chelsea Flower Show and the Sloane Square Hotel is the ideal location for that. It's right on Sloane Square and most businesses are decorated for the show, including the hotel. The hotel itself has special features and events connected to the flower show.
My husband is very complimentary of all the places in the rooms to plug in our devices! It may be an old building but it is completely up to date and modern. Good water pressure, good air conditioning. The service is fast and efficient. We stayed this time for six nights and were very comfortable. The entire Chelsea area is a fun area and we enjoy walking around it, every direction is a new adventure!

What a fabulous time

"We have stayed here several times and it's now like a second home. The staff are impeccable. We stayed here for our anniversary and what an absolutely wonderful stay. Joshua the manager ensured our stay was very comfortable and very accommodating. He ensured we had our usual room and was at hand for any help during our stay. The location is fantastic and seconds away from the tube station. I would highly recommend this hotel but for one main reason is the staff and the great customer service. Looking forward to our next stay very soon."

A wonderful visit 

"My friend and I stayed at your hotel last week and I would like to pass on my sincerest thanks for a wonderful visit. It was our second time with you and once again we were absolutely charmed and delighted by every aspect of your hospitality. On arrival we were warmly greeted and I would particularly like to mention Sam and Joshua who were on Reception and gave us such a friendly and courteous welcome. They asked if there was a special reason for our stay and when they learnt it was to mark my 60th birthday they went above and beyond to make the occasion memorable. Such personal touches of added luxury were completely unexpected but so much appreciated and made my day one I will never forget. As on our previous visit we loved the comfort, cleanliness and decor of our rooms, the calm and elegant atmosphere of the breakfast room and lounge, and the high quality of Cote restaurant, we couldn't fault anything at all and will certainly recommend it to friends and look forward to returning in the future. Thank you for providing such a unique and beautiful place to stay in the heart of London."

My new london home

I have found a new home in London: Sloane Square Hotel. I had a spectacular time staying here in November. From the kindness of the staff to my impeccable and beautifully comfortable room, I couldn't have imagined a more perfect stay. I look forward to returning again and again.
